Upasana Design Studio
Upasana Design Studio emerged in 1997 as a part of Auroville, an evolving spiritual community in southern India. The Small Steps for Better Living initiative was first envisioned by the team at Upasana Design Studio under a line of our work called, "Design for Social Development."
Another important project under this line of action is Tsunamika, an effort to create livelihood opportunities for the tsunami victims of 6 fishermen villages in Auroville's bioregion.
